My lovely people out there......... I was reluctant to start a tribute page as i couldn't bear the thought of having to find photos and having to write updates. However, i have started this tribute for our boy and both Tony and I are truly overwhelmed. We have reached our goal in 48 hours!!!! Our Matthias truly was an amazing child. So we are left with no other option than to reach for the stars!!!! Check out the new target.... As we move through the days after Matthias' death we are embracing all aspects of the journey. The rise and fall of our new chapter. We talk about Matthias all the time and under Jos' (his Brothers) instructions we raised a glass to him at lunch today, each saying something about our dearly missed and treasured Barker boy.Being so open about Matthias has been a comfort and a means of dealing with our grief. We visit Matthias' grave most days and love seeing that people have been there to say a few words to him. Matthias George Barker i always knew you were special and we love you.
